Reports To: Crew Foreman

Job Overview:

The Civil Construction Crew Member is responsible for assisting in the installation of underground utilities, foundations, flat work, and access roads. The role involves working closely with the crew and site supervisor to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of underground utilities, foundations, and flat work.
  • Help construct access roads.
  • Travel to various job sites as required.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications:

  • A valid Driver’s License
  • Basic knowledge and ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Ability to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License
  • Physical ability to work in challenging conditions and lift heavy objects.
